Berlin Adlershof

Berlin Adlershof has developed into one of the largest science and technology locations. This is an urban development area with a surface area of 420 ha plus about 40 ha of expansion areas at the former Schöneweide marshalling yard (so-called "Gleislinse").

 

WISTA.Plan GmbH is an urban development agency and trustee of the Federal State of Berlin.

As a 100% subsidiary of WISTA Management GmbH, we are responsible for:

  • Urban land use planning and supervision of the development plan procedures
  • project management of the clearance and infrastructure measures
  • management of the trust assets in the Adlershof development area
  • marketing of plots of land
  • location marketing for the entire Adlershof development area.

The site’s urbanisation is one of the principle development aims for Adlershof. This includes the upgrading of Rudower Chaussee into a commercial centre with shops, hotels, restaurants and offices, and the development of residential areas.
