Our Projects in Berlin Adlershof

Berlin Adlershof has become one of the largest science and technology locations. There is a 420 ha urban development area plus about 40 ha of expansion areas at the former Schöneweide marshalling yard (the so-called “Gleislinse”).

WISTA.Plan GmbH is an urban development agency and trustee of the Federal State of Berlin.

The site’s urbanisation is one of the principle development aims for Adlershof. This includes the upgrading of Rudower Chaussee into a commercial centre with shops, hotels, restaurants and offices, and the development of residential areas.

Urban quarter at Segelfliegerdamm

On the site of the former "VEB Kühlautomat" between Segelfliegerdamm, Groß-Berliner Damm and the Johannisthal Landscape Park, a new urban quarter is being created with 1,800 flats, social infrastructure and commercial facilities.

New pedestrian and cycle bridge

The new built aluminium bridge crosses the railway facilities and the federal road 96a (Adlergestell). It will be part of the supra-regional “Berlin Green Main Paths” network of footpaths and cycle paths.
